FAQs with Answers

1. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns due to customer error: Wrong Size (Please measure it before you take it); Wrong Color; Wrong Voltage (220V if electric dryer or electric stove); Cosmetic Damage (New damage after you pick it up); Improper Installation (Please read owner’s manual before you install it); Misuse (Please read owner’s manual before operating).
2. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your appliances if you have any problem as mentioned above.
3. Returned products must be in a like-new and never installed condition.
4. Delivery fee and installation fee are not refundable. You will be responsible for any and all shipping cost associated with returning product back to our store.
5. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
